Fees
A registration fee of £150 is payable to reserve your child's place in the nursery. All fees are to be paid on or before the 1st of the month via direct debit, bank transfer or tax free childcare.
Government funding is intended to deliver 15 or 30 hours a week of high quality, flexible childcare. There is a £2 per hour additional services charge to cover things not covered by the government funding including snacks, consumables, online learning journeys and our parent app that allows you to see all invoices, payments, and communications including pictures from your child’s day at preschool.
We use a system called funding loop to process government funding claims electronically without the hassle of having to fill in paper forms each term. When your child becomes eligible for funding we will send out invite emails for you to complete the necessary form. ( https://www.fundingloop.info )
All children are eligible for 15 hours government funding from the school term after they turn 3. You may also be eligible to receive additional funding referred to as 30 hour funding. We try to be as flexible as possible with the funding and allow you to use funding with any sessions you require. If you are eligible for the full 30 hour funding and attend 30 hours per week you will save over £7000 per year. To check if you are eligible for the extended 30 hour funding visit: https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-childcare-if-youre-working
The funding has been extended to apply to children the school term after they are 9 months old if parents are working. This is 15 hours of funding currently which will increase to 30 hours from Sept 2025. To confirm your eligibility for this funding visit: https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-childcare-if-youre-working
Some 2 yr old children are eligible for 15 free hours of government funding the school term after they turn 2. We accept this funding and have a limited number of spaces available at no charge for those eligible. For more information see: ( https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/children/support-and-advice/families/childcare/paying/funded-earl y-education-for-2-year-olds ) and if you are eligible let us know. Like 3 yr and working parent funding this can be applied as 15 hours term time.
